Our oil of the highest quality, which is extracted from the selected olive variety "Koroneiki", comes from the Chania region in western Crete and is suitable in the kitchen for all dishes, such as salads, vegetables, antipasti, fish, poultry and stir-fries.
Our product bears the certificate of the European Union Protected Geographical Indication, Hanion Kritis.

family tradition
Culture, tradition and family are important pillars of life on Crete. The cultivation of olives gives these columns a roof.
The Minos brand lives through our family tradition.
We are a family business of three generations with Greek-German roots. We produce olive oil and other delicacies with a lot of joy and love for nature.
Our own olive harvest
Our olives are harvested semi-mechanically with the help of Vibrolis. These are long poles with moving rods about 20cm long. Vibrolis support our manual harvest and do not damage the olive tree or the olives.
The falling fruits are caught by a clean net. We then collect them in sacks or plastic containers. We make sure that no olive is damaged.
