Greek salad

Wonderfully fresh Greek salad that tastes of summer and Mediterranean lightness. Serve it as a refreshing starter or as a light main meal. It goes perfectly with grilled food, fresh country bread or simply on its own.

Ingredients for 2 people:

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes

Difficulty level: easy

  1. Halve the tomatoes and dice the peppers. Halve the cucumber and cut each half into slices. Cut the red onion into thin strips and put everything in a bowl with the Minos Organic Kalamata pitted olives .
  2. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands or cut it into cubes and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  4. Add the juice of half a lemon.
  5. Pour the Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads generously over the salad and mix everything well so that the flavors combine.

Tip: The salad is particularly good if it is left to marinate for a short time.
