Asparagus Feta Omelet


  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 6-7 spears of green asparagus
  • 100 g Minos Greek Feta Cheese Cubes with Chili
  • 2 tbsp Minos Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt pepper


Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
Difficulty level: medium

1.) Cook the asparagus in a pot of boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until al dente.
2.) Heat the olive oil in a pan.
3.) Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper and whisk.
4.) Once the omelette is lightly browned on the bottom, add the feta cheese.
5.) Turn the omelet over and let the other side brown as well.
6.) Place the asparagus spears on the omelette and roll up.
