Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pita breads
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Minos extra virgin olive oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small romaine lettuce
- 30 g grated Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Fresh parsley (optional)

- Season the chicken breast fillets with paprika powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat the Minos extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Then cut into strips.
- While the chicken is frying, wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, honey and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the pita bread briefly, either in a pan or in the oven.
- Then fill the pita bread with the chicken strips, lettuce and grated Parmesan. Finally, pour the yoghurt dressing over it and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
