Our own oil mills
We are proud owners of our own olive oil mills in the west of the island of Crete. With our own oil mills, we can guarantee excellent quality, as we monitor the entire process from harvesting the olives to bottling the finished oil. With our two oil mills we press about 250-300 tons of oil per year. We are very proud of this!
Over 100 paper and sand filters
Filtering carefully removes residues such as olive skin and small core particles. This allows us to guarantee the pure taste experience of our olive oil.
IOC - certified laboratory for chemical and sensory verification
In order to always be able to meet our high quality standards, we test our oils both chemically and sensorially in our own laboratories.

We are a family business of three generations with Greek-German roots. We produce olive oil and other delicacies with a lot of joy and love for nature.
Our own olive harvest
Our olives are harvested semi-mechanically with the help of Vibrolis. These are long poles with moving rods about 20cm long. Vibrolis support our manual harvest and do not damage the olive tree or the olives.
The falling fruits are caught by a clean net. We then collect them in sacks or plastic containers. We make sure that no olive is damaged.
