You are legally entitled to a right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
Please note that your orders will be automatically sent to our shipping center for accelerated delivery and that subsequent cancellation after transmission is no longer possible for procedural reasons!
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement to:

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs - depending on the amount of the order costs (see below) (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose another type of payment delivery as the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
For orders over 49 euros, we will cover any return costs if you have applied for a return order. For orders under 49 euros we do not cover the return costs . A return order is also required here. This rule also applies to orders that are canceled after the order has been placed and before they are dispatched, as the volumes make it impossible to intervene in the process chain.
Please contact us for a returns order and confirmation before sending the goods back to us. Goods or shipments without a return order cannot be accepted or processed. You can create a return order informally via the contact form.
Products that have already been opened (e.g. olive oil or delicatessen items) cannot be returned.
