Crunchy, full of flavor and a true culinary experience!
You won't believe how delicious the fried olives are unless you try them yourself!
- 200g breadcrumbs
- 200g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of Minos BIO olives filled with almonds
- Minos olive oil for frying
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Difficulty level: medium
- Drain the olives.
- Then bread the olives. To do this, roll them first in flour and then in the egg. Then roll in the breadcrumbs. Then dip again in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the olives for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Served with an avocado dip.
