This crisp salad combines fresh Minos organic Kalamata olives , spicy Minos mild-spicy peppers and grilled halloumi, rounded off with Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads . Perfect for a light and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place the lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Add the Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives , Minos mild-spicy peppers , diced tomatoes, onion rings and radishes to the salad.
  3. Pour the grilled halloumi over the salad.
  4. Drizzle the Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Salads and lemon juice over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
