Start your day with a healthy and delicious breakfast: wholemeal flatbread, fried egg, fresh tomatoes and cucumber combined with Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Almonds , Minos ORGANIC Kalamata Olives and refined with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3L canister . This simple and nutritious dish is ideal for a Mediterranean start to the day.

Preparation:

  1. Lightly toast the whole grain flatbread until crispy.
  2. Fry the fried eggs in a pan until the yolk remains soft and waxy.
  3. Place tomato slices, cucumber slices, Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Almonds and Minos ORGANIC Kalamata Olives on the toasted flatbread.
  4. Place the fried egg on the vegetables and sprinkle with capers, salt, pepper and black sesame seeds.
  5. Finally, drizzle generously with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
