Returns and Refunds

You can return products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and unopened . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

To request a refund, please contact us at minos@gecco.de with your order number and the reason for the return . We will review your request and send you further instructions.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

• Items that are outside the 30-day return period

• Products made especially for you

• For orders over €79 , we will cover the return shipping costs provided a return order has been requested.

• For orders under €79, the buyer bears the return costs.

Note: This policy does not apply to orders cancelled before shipping.
