Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g lamb's lettuce
- 1 can of tuna (in its own juice)
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 spring onions, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts
- 3 tbsp Minos balsamic vinegar with honey
- 2 tbsp Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and drain it well.
- Put the lamb's lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Spread the drained tuna evenly over the salad.
- Add the diced peppers, spring onions and pistachios.
- In a small bowl, mix the Minos balsamic vinegar with honey , Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads , salt and pepper to make a dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Serve the salad immediately with fresh country bread or baguette.
