Our olive oil is special

Polyphenol content of 450-550mg/kg
Why is the polyphenol content in olive oil important?
Olive oils with a high polyphenol content protect the oil from oxidation by oxygen. As a result, the olive oil keeps the delicious taste for a longer period of time. Our olive oils have a high polyphenol content of 450-55mg/kg.

Acidity Better = 0.4%
The lower the acidity the better! An extra virgin olive oil must have an acidity level of 0.8%. Our own olive oil shines with an acidity of 0.4% for a better taste.

We only harvest when the olives are ready!
Olives have the best aroma for oil extraction when the degree of ripeness changes from green to purple. This is exactly when we harvest our olives. After careful harvesting, the olives are taken directly to the oil mill. It is important that the olives are pressed as quickly as possible to prevent the fruit from oxidizing. This is the only way to guarantee the best possible taste.

quality check
Residues such as olive skin and small core particles are carefully removed by more than 100 paper and sand filters. In our IOC-certified laboratory, we check our oils from a sensory and chemical point of view. Through these measures, we improve the quality of our products and can guarantee the pure taste of our olive oil.
